Over $150 Million hacked!

Nomad just got drained for over $150M in one of the most chaotic hacks that Web3 has ever seen.How did this happen? A code error "A routine upgrade marked the zero hash as a valid root, which had the effect of allowing messages to be spoofed on Nomad," A researcher wrote on Twitter. "Attackers abused this to copy/paste transactions and quickly drained the bridge in a frenzied free-for-all."

So basically there was an error with the code, it was reported a month ago but nothing was done then the Attacker took advantage of it and made a ton of Ctrl C and Ctrl V transactions to drain the bridge

Our Take: Hacks like this are preventable and Nomad should take full responsibility to reimburse users!
